Live Plant Nature: Our catalog includes live plants, succulents, seeds, and gardening accessories. Because plants are living, organic items, minor variations in shape, color, leaf count, and size are entirely natural and expected. Images displayed on the website are for representation purposes.
Pricing Accuracy: Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Transit Conditions

Courier & Transit: We partner with third-party courier services to deliver across India. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates.
Transit Shock: Live plants may experience mild transit stress (such as minor leaf dropping, soil displacement, or slight wilting due to darkness and box confinement). This is normal, not considered product damage, and plants typically recover within a few days of proper watering and sunlight.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Our return policy is structured in compliance with Google Merchant Center standards to protect both customer interests and the perishable nature of live plants:

Returns Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect products. Change-of-mind returns for healthy live plants are not accepted due to their perishable nature.
Product Condition: Only new products are accepted for return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging/condition.
Return Window: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Return Methods & Fees:
- Returns can be processed via drop-off locations, in-store, or by mail.
- A return label is included in the package free of cost.
- There are no restocking fees.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.
