1. Order Cut-Off Time & Handling Schedule

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata). Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be treated as received on the next business day.

  • Handling Days: Mon – Sat (Sunday is a non-fulfillment day).

  • Handling Time: 0 to 2 business days. Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners within this window.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Speed

  • Shipping Days (Shipped): Mon – Sat.

  • Transit Destinations: All domestic destinations across India.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days once handed over to the carrier.

4. Live Plants & Perishable Shipping Notice

  • Live plants require delicate handling. Our specialized packaging safeguards root systems and leaves during transit.

  • Minor leaf drop or soil shifting can occasionally happen due to the lack of sunlight in transit boxes. Plants recover quickly once unboxed and watered.

  • If a package or item arrives severely damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with pictures.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package live through our courier partner’s portal.
